Based on Princess Nourah bint Abdul Rahman University being comprehensive for women and distinguished by its educational and knowledge leadership, as well as its attention to its students and graduates.
The Deanship of Student Affairs organized an introductory meeting for student clubs titled 'Polish Your Skills' on Wednesday and Thursday, August 21-22, coinciding with the orientation for new students. The event aims to introduce students to the services provided to them and to empower young talents by honing their skills, supporting them, and preparing them to represent Princess Nourah bint Abdul Rahman University honorably at international and global forums. It also aims to encourage student participation in the various activities and services of the Deanship, as well as to promote knowledge and awareness in the fields of robotics and innovation. Additionally, the event will announce the extracurricular activity plan for the academic year 2024-2025 and will include several training workshops across various tracks (skills and values, volunteering and social development, technical excellence, culture and arts, health and lifestyle, sports and physical activity).
On another note, the Vice Dean for Student Life clarified that a Robotics and Innovation Club has been established at the College of Engineering, aimed at promoting innovation and creativity, and preparing a professional team to represent the university in local and regional competitions.
This is part of the goals of the Deanship of Student Affairs, which aims to enhance positive communication with female students at the university. It seeks to provide a university life that fosters creativity and innovation, promotes social responsibility among students, and prepares them for the job market in line with Vision 2030.
