The Deanship of Student Affairs at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University has successfully concluded its "Success Without Anxiety" campaign, aimed at supporting students during exams and enhancing their mental well-being. The initiative included psychological support and consultations provided by specialists from "Malath" Office for Student Care.
Launched earlier this month across the university's institutes and colleges, the campaign focused on reducing anxiety and stress while promoting mental health awareness. It emphasized the importance of balancing both physical and mental health to achieve optimal academic performance.
The campaign featured a range of activities, including awareness booths, dialogue sessions, and educational resources, all designed to empower students, boost their morale, and provide needed support during exams.
This initiative is part of the Deanship's commitment to fostering a healthy campus environment that prioritizes students' mental and social well-being, encouraging collaboration between students and the university.
