Main Responsibilities:

- Supervising student club activities, events, competitions, and theater performances in coordination with the Deanship of Student Affairs.

- Offering various support services, including financial support, housing, transportation, and nutrition, along with comprehensive student support including psychological and social counseling, and services for students with special circumstances.

- Offering services to graduates and fostering positive connections with the college through collaboration with the university's Alumni Department.

- Providing skill support and career guidance to both students and graduates in partnership with the Career Counseling Center.

- Attracting talented students from all levels and encouraging their involvement in relevant opportunities to enhance their talents and skills.​


Main Responsibilities:

 - Announcing and clarifying academic procedures.

   - Promoting academic advising culture within the college.

   - Monitoring academic advisors.

   - Participating in the new students' orientation program.

   - Facilitating online communication between students and advisors.

   - Monitoring academic advising progress during registration and early advising periods, including such processes as developing platforms and e-portfolio.

   - Providing quarterly reports to the Academic Advising Unit at the Deanship of Admission and Registration on the progress of the academic advising process.

   - Addressing students' academic conditions.

   - Supporting at-risk students in coordination with their advisors.

   - Promoting academic advising culture through online resources.​
