Dr Rana Muhammad Aadil got his Doctoral degree from the South China University of Technology (SCUT), Guangzhou China. During my Ph. D, I received an “Overseas PhD Scholarship from the Chinese scholarship Council 2010-2014". Participated as an organization committee member of 8th CIGR Section VI, International technical symposium “Advanced Food processing and quality management", November 4-7, 2013, Guangzhou, China. Also got an award from the graduate school of SCUT for “the innovative paper certificate, and the best student award from SCUT for the year 2014. I have worked on the six research projects, and one is an international project with Pak-France PERIDOT. I have published more than 249+ articles and chapters in impact factor journals. I have been promoted to Associate Professor in a well-recognized institution (University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, Pakistan), which is a top-ranking university in Pakistan. Currently, my major research is focusing on non-thermal processing techniques (sonication, thermosonication, pulsed electric field, high-pressure processing) of fruits and vegetables processing and preservation. I am an Academic Editor of Journal of Food Biochemistry, Journal of Food Quality, Journal of Food Processing and Preservation, Associate Editor of Measurement: Food. I have also edited /editing 7 special issues in different journals and the latest one is in the Food Chemistry.
