Visiting Researcher Program

Introduction:

Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University is committed to empowering women in scientific research and contributing to the global knowledge economy. This vision aligns with the university's strategic goals, which are in line with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030. The university aims to foster research excellence, invest in national intellectual capital, and bring global expertise to build a sustainable future for the nation while strengthening its role in the global knowledge and science community.

To support this mission, the Deanship of Scientific Research and Libraries has launched the Visiting Researcher Program. This program invites distinguished professors and researchers from top international universities to share their knowledge and experiences. It is designed to enhance the skills of faculty and researchers at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, creating a collaborative research environment that fosters both global partnerships and competitive research.

The key goals of the program are:

To foster research activity at the university and enhance the scientific research capabilities of researchers.
To create opportunities for scientific collaboration with leading professors and researchers from prestigious global institutions and research centers.
To increase the university's publication output in high-impact journals within the Web of Science (WOS) database.
To improve the quality and global ranking of the university's scientific publications and boost the citation rates of its research.
