Visiting Researcher Program
Overview
Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University has launched the Visiting Researcher Program to support its strategic goals of empowering women in scientific research and advancing Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030. The program focuses on promoting research excellence, investing in national intellectual capital, and facilitating the transfer of global expertise. It invites distinguished professors and researchers from prestigious international universities to share their knowledge, enhancing the skills of faculty and researchers. The program aims to cultivate a collaborative research environment, boost global competitiveness, and contribute to sustainable development and the global knowledge economy.
Objectives
- Fostering scientific movement within the university and refining scientific research capabilities of researchers.
- Establishing conducive environments for scientific collaborations with distinguished professors and researchers from prestigious international universities and research centers, both locally and globally.
- Boosting scientific publication in high-impact journals listed in the WOS database.
- Enhancing the quality of internationally indexed scientific publications at the university, consequently raising the citation rate of the university research.
