Targeted research program in intellectual awareness
In line with the objectives pursued by Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, which include playing a positive role in the fields of scientific research locally and globally—thereby contributing to enhanced global security and stability, positively impacting economic growth, and promoting the health and well-being of societies—and based on the Deanship of Scientific Research and Libraries' belief in the importance of scientific research in addressing societal issues and developing solutions grounded in comprehensive studies and solid scientific foundations, particularly in the fields of intellectual awareness, loyalty, national belonging, and the dissemination of knowledge in this area in more than one language, the initiative entitled “Targeted Research Program to Support Research in the Field of Intellectual Awareness" was launched. The program covers the following topics:
- Raising awareness of negative phenomena and methods of addressing them within society.
- Intellectual resilience against contemporary ideological movements.
- Coexistence and tolerance.
- Technology and its methods in enhancing intellectual awareness.
- Identity and citizenship in social media.
- Women and their role in intellectual protection and awareness.
