Organizational Development Unit
The Organizational Development Unit regulates organizational structures and procedures and updates them to align with both university and national policy developments while also offering essential assistance to pertinent entities.
Unit Tasks:
- Establish an institutional framework for developing organizational structures and identify the necessary development procedures in line with the university's strategic direction, regulations, and systems.
- Develop the organizational structures of university entities according to the university's strategic direction and the latest regulations and system.
- Examine and offer suggestions on all issues concerning organizational structures that the unit receives.
- Prepare a database for decisions to establish and update university entities related to organizational structures.
- Prepare a database of policies approved by the University Council.
- Update the policy and regulations manual governing the university's work.
- Develop a unified methodology and models for developing organizational and procedural manuals appropriate for all university entities, consistent with the university's strategic direction, regulations, and systems.
- Support all organizational units at the university to develop and standardize organizational and procedural manuals and ensure that activities and processes are integrated without duplication.
- Overseeing the implementation plan to achieve efficient institutional transformation in the event of the cancellation, transfer, or merger of various entities within the university.
