Change Management Unit
The Change Management Unit is dedicated to enhancing the university's performance through the promotion of change processes, aiming to accomplish both local and global goals. It also seeks to enhance the role of management in serving the entire university by spreading awareness of the concepts and foundations of institutional excellence.


The unit's tasks include

• Evaluating the efficiency of various processes across all university entities, with the aim of improving operational efficiency and enhancing their integration.
• Preparing improvement proposals aimed at raising the efficiency of various processes in cooperation with relevant entities.
• Raising awareness of the concepts of institutional excellence and disseminating organizational culture within the university.
• The task includes identifying the awards the university may participate in, offering the required assistance, and enhancing its preparedness to do so.
• The task also involves preparing benchmarking reports that highlight the most effective national and international practices in the field of institutional excellence in university education.
