Key Responsibilities •

Develop and update the University’s organizational structures in accordance with relevant regulations, policies, and decisions

Develop organizational guides outlining the roles and responsibilities of all University entities.

Develop procedural guides outlining the procedures and responsibilities of all University entities.

Develop and improve University processes and procedures in line with institutional excellence standards and practices, based on performance evaluation results.

5

Promote a culture of institutional excellence by enhancing processes and procedures across University entities and organizing relevant forums and events.

6

Support the University’s participation in local and international institutional excellence awards.

7

Provide the General Directorate of Human Resources with the necessary support to develop and update job description cards.
