The Asset Management Director at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University's Agency for Assets and Investment, Engineer Hisham Al-Udaib, has received the Arab Award for Best Distinguished Engineer in Asset Management, Facilities, and Smart Maintenance, presented by the Arab Council for Asset Management, Facilities, and Maintenance. This was during the 23rd edition of the International Conference on Asset Management, Facilities, and Maintenance. The recognition came at the conclusion of the conference's proceedings, where he received the award during the closing ceremony in appreciation of his outstanding contributions to developing operational systems and adopting modern technological solutions in the sector. The International Conference on Asset Management, Facilities, and Maintenance was held at the Sofitel Hotel in Riyadh on Monday, January 12, 2026, in the presence of experts, specialists, and professional leaders from various Arab countries. This achievement reaffirms the distinguished professional standing of national talent in the fields of asset and facilities management, and their role in supporting the shift toward smart operations and enhancing operational performance efficiency in line with best global practices.
