Key Responsibilities

Studying and analyzing:

  • Evaluating potential opportunities to increase alternative revenues and determining their feasibility and suitability for the university.​
  • Using data analysis and reports to provide accurate information about the performance of alternative revenues and continuous improvement.​

Monitoring:

  • Examining​ alternative revenues and ensuring their effective allocation according to the university's objectives.​
  • Continuous monitoring of the cumulative account of alternative revenues.​

Improving:

  • Supervising and developing the management, maintenance, and strategic investment of university assets to increase their return.​
  • Offering financial and economic consultations to university administration on how to enhance alternative revenues and maximize their utilization.​
  • Offering training programs for staff and students on supporting the department’s efforts and raising awareness of its significance.​

Planning:

  • Preparing the annual budget project for items and projects to be disbursed from the alternative revenue account and presenting it to the university president.​​ ​
