Key Responsibilities •

Study and Analysis

Assess potential opportunities to increase alternative revenues and determine their feasibility and suitability for the University.
Utilize data analysis and reporting to provide accurate information on alternative revenue performance and support continuous improvement

Monitoring:

Monitor alternative revenues and ensure that they are effectively allocated in line with the University's objectives.
Continuously monitor the Alternative Revenue Consolidated Account.

Improvement and Development

Provide financial and economic advisory services to the University leadership on ways to enhance alternative revenues and maximize their utilization.
Provide training programs for employees and students on how to support alternative revenue management efforts and raise awareness of their importance.
Improve the management and maintenance of University assets and invest them strategically to maximize returns.

Management and Planning

Prepare the annual draft budget for projects and expenditure items funded through the Alternative Revenue Account and submit it to the University President for direction.
