Key Responsibilities •

Studying and analyzing:

Evaluating potential opportunities to increase alternative revenues and determining their feasibility and suitability for the university.
Using data analysis and reports to provide accurate information about the performance of alternative revenues and continuous improvement.

Monitoring:

Examining alternative revenues and ensuring their effective allocation according to the university's objectives.
Continuous monitoring of the cumulative account of alternative revenues.

Improving:

Supervising and developing the management, maintenance, and strategic investment of university assets to increase their return.
Offering financial and economic consultations to university administration on how to enhance alternative revenues and maximize their utilization.
Offering training programs for staff and students on supporting the department’s efforts and raising awareness of its significance.

Planning:

Preparing the annual budget project for items and projects to be disbursed from the alternative revenue account and presenting it to the university president.
