ZUHAIRA MUHAMMAD ZAIN received her Bachelors degree in Information Science from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in 2000, a Masters degree in Computer Science from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in 2007 and a Ph.D degree in Software Engineering from Universiti Putra Malaysia in 2013. She was a Programmer with Fujitsu System Business Malaysia Bhd from 2000 to 2007. She is currently working as Associate Professor at the College of Computer & Information Sciences, Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Her research interests include software engineering, software quality, software evaluation, machine learning, and data analytics
