Reem Mulla is an assistant professor in the Department of Health Communication Sciences, School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences at Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University (PNU), Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Dr. Mulla received her Bachelor of Science degree in 2006 from King Saud University, Saudi Arabia. Dr. Mulla received her AuD then PhD degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Pittsburgh in 2011 and 2018, respectively. Dr. Mulla joined Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University as a lecturer in 2016. At PNU, Dr. Mulla taught 9 different undergraduate courses. Class size ranged from 20 to 50 students providing theoretical and practical teaching.
Dr. Mulla is a fellow member of the American Academy of Audiology, and the Saudi Society for Speech-language Pathology and Audiology. She is a licensed audiologist in the US by the District of Colombia (DC), and in Saudi Arabia by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties. Dr. Mulla’s special areas of interest in audiology include amplification, psychoacoustics, and interventional audiology.
