Vice-Rectorate of Administrative and Financial Affairs
The Vice-Rectorate seeks to regulate all administrative and financial work requirements in accordance with the work regulations approved by the Deanship of Libraries Affairs and the University.

Functions:
1.Prepare annual plans for administrative and financial affairs activities and follow up on their implementation after its approval.
2.Contribute to the development of procedures manuals and regulations according to which administrative communications work is implemented in the university in cooperation with the Department of Studies and Development and the General Department of Information Technology.
3.Carry out all financial and accounting business from commitments, disbursement of payments, payment of advances, bookkeeping and records in accordance with the instructions, orders, rules and regulations in force, and the maintenance of these books and records.
4.Prepare the necessary financial statements and reports, such as the monthly and final account statements requested by the relevant government bodies.
5.Supervise public relations and media.
6.Supervise the electronic services provided by the Deanship.
7.Prepare periodic reports on the activities of the office, its accomplishments, and proposals for its development and submit to the Vice-Rector.
8.Identify the Vice-Rectorate needs for the work force, equipment, materials, and tools and follow up on their provision.
9.Determine the training needs of the Vice-Rectorate's staff and coordinate with the Deanship of Academic Development regarding their nomination for training programs that meet such needs.
10.Perform any other duties assigned to it in its field of competence.
