The Deanship of Student Affairs announces its need to fill the following positions under the temporary contract system at the expense of the Student Fund

, which are detailed as follows: Function: Administrative Position: Student Advisory Council Coordinator Required number: 1 Contract Duration: Three months Tasks required achievements: 1-Responding to incoming and outgoing emails, following up on correspondence, and drafting and formatting the council’s official emails 2- Writing letters and official correspondence related to the council 3- Preparing meeting minutes and documenting recommendations 4- Supervising the council’s offices, activating office hours, following up on task implementation and workflow, and ensuring the quality of outcomes 5- Preparing periodic reports on the council’s activities and work, and providing recommendations based on the results 6- Designing advertisements and promotional materials for the council’s events and initiatives in a way that reflects its identity and vision 7- Following up on the organization and execution of events, campaigns, and activities, including all logistical arrangements and security surveys 8- Preparing and submitting certificates and printed materials related to the council’s events and activities in accordance with approved templates 9- Handling any emerging tasks or responsibilities related to the council or its associated initiatives. Conditions to be met by the incumbent: 1. Diploma or bachelor's degree with a minimum average of 3 2. Proficiency in English in addition to Arabic.
