1.    The trainee shall commit to attending the course according to the course schedule.

2.    The number of single-class trainees shall be between a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 12. If the number of enrolled students in the course is less than the minimum, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel the course.

3.    The ID is required.

4.    The trainee receives, after completing each course, a certificate stating that the trainee has passed the Arabic language course for general purposes at the level she has passed.

5.    When the trainee receives three written warnings (absence of 25%), which is equivalent to 13.5 hours, she shall be forbidden to continue the course.

6.    The trainee shall put her signature when attending and leaving for each period.

7.    In the event that the trainee is more than ten minutes late for the lecture, the first time a warning is given to her, and in the second, an hour is counted as absence.

8.    The trainee shall commit to attend (mid-term – final) exams on the specified date. The permissible excuses for absence from the test are the death of a first-degree relative, certified medical excuses or social excuses with which the Institute’s board is satisfied.

9.    In the final test, the trainee shall obtain 60% or more to pass the course.
