-Follow up on all tasks related to human resources for the college employees, including promotions, salaries, extension and contracting.

-Follow up on all tasks related to human resources and coordinate with the relevant authorities, committees and councils.

-Apply the regulations and memos received from the General Administration of Human Resources.

-Follow up on performance evaluation and contribute to raising productivity through training and professional qualification and building job competencies

-Providing services and support to faculty members with regard to scholarships and training.

-Any other tasks related to the nature of the unit's work or assigned to it.​
