Students Activities and Services Unit

Vision

The unit aspires to promote cultural, national, international, and health awareness events in the college through Celebrations, workshops, and campaigns. It also encourages students to organize and celebrate the international days that is related to engineering.

The unit aims to discover, identify and develop students' gifts and talents, build and embrace their team and positive competitive spirits , and enable them to use their free time in a manner that is beneficial both to the students and the society

  Skills Register

It is an official document approved by the university, which monitors the life skills acquired by the student during her studies at the university
to encourage her to develop her skills and enrich her CV.

 
  Student Employment Program

It is one of the educational and social welfare programs offered by the university to enhance its role in the students' development.
 It offers the students career -related experience at the university's facilities in which students can make the most out of their time by taking responsibilities and gaining experience in technical and administrative fields while receiving moral support and remunerations.

   Students Lockers

Students Activities and Services Unit at Agency for Training and Industrial Relations is responsible for renting the students lockers.

 Student Rights Unit

The unit raises the awareness of justice and fairness among students and staff, offers them legal advice, introduces them to their rights, how to exercise them and how to restore them when violated through the official authorities within the university, in accordance with the university's rules and regulations and in terms of reference of the committees set in the document of rules governing the protection of students' rights and duties.
 

Psychological and Social Counseling Office
 
The counseling office is concerned with shaping the student's identity to be an effective member of society who is capable of adopting and maintaining a psychological equilibrium.
It also seeks to promote the human values and ethical principles that Islam urges and actively encourages.
 The counseling office also aims to meet the student's social needs, such as:  creating an appropriate social environment that enables the student to feel belonged and socially accepted, find herself and her suitable social role, and serve her community as well.

· Mission

Shape the student's identity to be an effective member of society who is capable of adopting and maintaining a psychological equilibrium.

· Services and Responsibilities

1. Help the student overcome her psychological, social, financial and academic challenges and struggles.
2. Organize and supervise students' activities. In addition to organizing the college's different programs and campaigns and cooperating with the students' activities unit to promote the university's activities throughout the year .
3. Supervise the operation of the college and observe the roles by making periodic field tours and report any anomalies or irregularities.
