International Research Collaborations:

1. GUESSS project (Global University Entrepreneurial Spirit Students' Survey):

GUESSS is a large, global research project about student entrepreneurship, designed to examine the entrepreneurial intentions and activities of students at university. It is organized and managed through a cooperation of the University of St.Gallen and the University of Bern (both Switzerland).

In each participating country, there is one official country team who is responsible for data collection in that country. Specifically, these teams send the survey invitation to their own students and recruit other university partners in their country. The 8th wave has been conducted in Fall 2018 with 54 countries participants. Dr. Dalal Alrubaishi from the College of Business Administration at Princess Nora bint Abdul Rahman University led the national team from Saudi Arabia-PNU, collected more than 1600 completed responses and developed the KSA National Report.

2. STEP Project (Successful Transgenerational Entrepreneurship Practices):

Launched in 2005 and convened by Babson College, the Successful Transgenerational Entrepreneurship Practices (STEP) Project for family enterprise is a global applied research initiative—composed of leading academics and business families from around the world—that explores the successful entrepreneurial practices of family businesses over time. Dr. Dalal Alrubaishi from the College of Business Administration at Princess Nora bint Abdul Rahman University represented Saudi Arabia in the STEP survey data collection of 2019 that resulted in the 2019 STEP Global Family Business Survey Report.
