The researcher submits his research according to the journal's publication format, via the journal's email, attaching a letter addressed to the editor-in-chief requesting that the research be published in the journal.
- The researcher submits a written declaration that the research has not been previously published and has not been submitted for publication in another outlet (pledge form on the journal's website)
- The researcher is notified of receipt of the research and its subjection to the procedures of initial examination, arbitration and publication in the journal
- The research is presented to the journal's editorial board for initial examination to determine the extent to which the research is compatible with the journal's policy and objectives, and the extent to which it meets the requirements of scientific research and is eligible for arbitration. If it is not eligible, the researcher is notified of the apology for publishing the research.
- When the research is initially accepted, the editorial board selects three arbitrators whose academic rank is not less than associate professor, two of whom are primary, and the third is a reviewer.
- The research is reviewed by specialized arbitrators, and if the opinions of the arbitrators differ, the research is sent to the third reviewer.
- If the two arbitrators recommend accepting the research, the researcher will be notified of the arbitration result to make the required amendments, attaching a table showing the notes and what was done about them. Then, after making the required amendments, the researcher will be given a “Research Acceptance for Publication Statement" indicating the number available for publication. - If the two arbitrators recommend not accepting the research, the researcher will be apologized to, and the researcher will not have the right to submit the same research to the journal again.
