The Scholarship Department at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University strives to support academic excellence and empower national talent, thereby strengthening the University’s role in preparing qualified professionals capable of competing on a global scale. Stemming from the belief that scholarships represent a strategic investment in human capital, the Department is committed to delivering integrated services that support scholarship recipients throughout all stages of their academic journey, from pre-departure preparation, to monitoring academic progress, and through to their return and contribution to national development. The Department also works continuously to enhance its procedures, improve service quality, and adopt best practices to ensure an effective and stable scholarship experience, while giving due attention to both academic and advisory aspects. It further affirms its commitment to providing a supportive organizational environment that enhances performance efficiency and contributes to achieving the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, thereby preparing a distinguished generation that serves the nation and meets its aspirations. And Allah is the Grantor of success.

Key Responsibilities •

Managing:

  • Receiving scholarship applications via Safeer, referring them to the relevant colleges, and reviewing them to ensure readiness for committee review.​
  • Making decisions related to scholarship students and ensuring the accuracy of administrative procedures throughout the process.​
  • Directly supervising joint supervision students regarding their studies, university-related matters, and supervisors, as well as reviewing requests for allowance disbursements.​

Developing:

  • ​​Holding introductory meetings for scholarship candidates.

Preparing Reports:

  • ​Writing the required statistical reports on scholarship numbers, universities, and fields of study.​

Evaluating:

  • ​​Studying applications for enrollment in the program and providing recommendations.​
