Key Responsibilities •

Managing:

  • Receiving scholarship applications via Safeer, referring them to the relevant colleges, and reviewing them to ensure readiness for committee review.​
  • Making decisions related to scholarship students and ensuring the accuracy of administrative procedures throughout the process.​
  • Directly supervising joint supervision students regarding their studies, university-related matters, and supervisors, as well as reviewing requests for allowance disbursements.​

Developing:

  • ​​Holding introductory meetings for scholarship candidates.

Preparing Reports:

  • ​Writing the required statistical reports on scholarship numbers, universities, and fields of study.​

Evaluating:

  • ​​Studying applications for enrollment in the program and providing recommendations.​
