Main Tasks

  • Prepare the executive plan and timeline for implementing the university's strategic plan.
  • Monitor the implementation of the strategic plan within the specified time frame.
  • Propose development projects to implement the strategic plan of the administration.
  • Achieve the highest degree of alignment and harmony between the strategic plans of the administration and the university's strategic plan.
  • Follow up on the preparation of strategic plans by the administration units and ensure their alignment with the university's strategic plan.
  • Conduct the studies required for the implementation of the strategic plan.
  • Provide technical support to committees related to the strategic plan.
  • Collect and analyze data and information, and provide workshops related to the implementation of the strategic plan.
