​Main Tasks

  • Supervise the development and implementation processes of projects and programs within the department, guide and follow up on the budget estimation process, and determine the necessary human, technical, and equipment requirements for their implementation, ensuring their timely availability and within the estimated cost.
  • Supervise the process of identifying project requirements and studying all structural interdependencies with other projects or programs, to ensure the optimal utilization of all available resources, identify project risks, and determine the necessary steps to avoid and resolve them in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Coordinate with the project team to review the completed work, the remaining stages, and ensure compliance with the project scope, approved project management standards, quality specifications, and change management processes based on the established plans.
  • Coordinate and follow up on the completion of the project's main stages and the project closure process, and evaluate the level of achievement of the project's outputs in relation to its main objectives, ensuring the transfer of all related knowledge and experiences, and documenting all project-related documents, templates, and reports.
  • Supervise the preparation of project completion reports, project challenge and risk management reports, and periodic reports on performance indicators and project success factors, and submit the relevant reports to the various stakeholders in the project.​
