The Research Excellence Unit at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University supports researchers by:

1. Guiding and encouraging members to publish in high-impact, internationally indexed journals.

2. Overseeing funding programs aimed at attracting international researchers and promoting research excellence.

3. Developing incentives for achieving research excellence.

4. Verifying the indexation of scientific papers in global databases and providing necessary information to internal entities.

5. Monitoring and developing the strategic research plan.

6. Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual statistics on publications by university staff in internationally indexed journals.
