​​Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University works in accordance with the Kingdom's 2030 Vision, which will increase the value and quality of life in order to promote Saudi society in general and to achieve the empowerment of women in particular.

And stemming from the strategic instructions of Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University, it emphasizes that the University should contribute to the provision of a competitive, healthy society, innovative techniques and enabling students and society to contribute effectively to the process of efficient building in our precious country.

 The Student and Career Support Center was established to provide career counseling and guidance services, career support and training programs for students and University graduates, taking into consideration the effective and continuous acceleration of innovation and its role as a female educational ecosystem in harmonizing and responding to the future workforce by increasing its ability to combine with technical acceleration on the one hand, and the sustainability of the learning process, the response to the labor market, and integration into the work environment on the other hand.

 The Student and Career Support Center strives to provide students with the skills needed for future jobs that are affected by technical, economic, cultural and social influences. These will enable students to compete in the labor market. This translates the pace and successful steps of Princess Nourah University in achieving excellence for its students and providing them with exceptional skills, behavior, values and knowledge.

 And as a contributor to the empowerment of women, the University is a reliable element in nation-building and the sustainable future industry.

 The goals of the Center and its services have enhanced the University's response to the higher trends of Saudi Arabia by creating opportunities to enable and empower women to participate in the economic process of development. The Center has contributed to the University's vision of firstly: being the beacon of women and their participation in the workforce through the processes of knowledge and skill enrichment of the University's academic programs; and secondly: that has devoted its programs to maximizing the investment and development of the knowledge accumulation of learners.  ​
