Mechanism for requesting equivalency for a course in paid programs:
1- Applying for equivalency is concerned with first-level students only, and the student who wishes to equalize courses for subsequent levels should
To apply for equivalency of courses for the entire study plan once, at the beginning of the first level only.
2- The student submits a request for equivalency of courses through the equivalency link on the college website and adheres to the time period
Announced starts on Sunday 25 Jumada II 1445 AH corresponding to January 7, 2024 AD, and ends on

3- When you open the link, you must log in with the university e-mail.
The student attaches the required documents in the equations link, which are:
A- The official equivalency form after filling out the required data and signing it.
B- A copy of the academic record certified and certified by the entity from which it is graduated or transferred.
C- A copy of the course description approved in PDF format
In the event that equivalency is requested for more than one course, all courses are filled out in one form, but a separate request is submitted for each course on the link and the same form is attached each time,
Except for the equivalency request for the English language course, it is written in the form without the rest of the courses.
Conditions of equivalency
The equation is carried out according to the following controls:
1- Courses are accepted from a university or college recognized by the Ministry of Education only.
2- The equation shall be for the courses in which the student succeeded with a very good average or higher.
3- The equivalence of the course with a previously passed course is not accepted unless the number of hours is matched, i.e.
The hours of the passed course are equal to the number of hours of the equivalent course or greater than it, and the equation is not accepted if
The number of hours of the course passed was less than the number of hours of the course to be equalized.
4- Ensure that the content of the passing course studied by the student and the content of the course required to be equalized in the study plan are matched, so that the conformity rate is not less than 75%.
5- International licenses and certificates approved by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation are equivalent to courses with specialization in diplomas, a score of 5 in the IELTS test is required.
6- It is not equivalent to any course in which the student obtained a good grade or less.
7- Not equivalent to more than 25% of the total hours of the program.
Note:
- Receiving the equivalency request is not considered acceptance of it.
- The student is obligated to attend the course lectures until the result appears in the academic system.
-Equivalencies will be automatically rejected if the previous documents are not completed, or if they are not approved by the responsible authority, or after the end of the time period for submission,
