The Applied College has signed a community service agreement with Sharaka Association for Persons with Disabilities and Special Needs to implement a “Craft Project” aimed at empowering productive families. Within this framework, the college, represented by its Hospitality and Tourism Program, organized four training courses in culinary arts for female beneficiaries of the association with physical, hearing, and partial visual disabilities over a period of ten days, with the aim of developing their skills in the field of cooking. In addition, the college’s Administrative Sciences Program organized a three-day course titled “Brand Marketing” to teach them marketing skills for their small projects. The total number of beneficiaries from the workshops and training courses was eight participants.
