Manuscript Submission and Peer Review Process
1- Manuscript Submission
- Authors submit their manuscripts through the journal's online submission system or via the official email.
- A cover letter addressed to the Editor-in-Chief must be attached, including a request for publication and a written declaration confirming that the manuscript has not been published previously and is not under consideration elsewhere.
2- Initial Screening
- The editorial office receives and records manuscripts according to the submission date.
- Manuscripts are reviewed by the Editorial Board to ensure alignment with the journal's scope, policies, and publication guidelines.
- Once relevance is confirmed, a plagiarism check is conducted using similarity detection software to verify the originality and integrity of the content. Manuscripts exceeding the acceptable similarity threshold will not proceed to peer review.
- If a manuscript does not match the journal's scope or publication requirements, the author is notified with a decision of rejection at this stage.
3- Double-Blind Peer Review
- All manuscripts that pass the initial screening undergo a double-blind peer review process, ensuring that:
- The authors' identities remain anonymous to the reviewers.
- The reviewers' identities remain anonymous to the authors.
- Each manuscript is sent to at least two reviewers. In cases of divergent recommendations, a third reviewer is assigned to make a final judgment.
- The editorial office ensures that all author-identifying information is removed prior to sending the manuscript for review.
- Review reports are communicated to the author, who is required to address revisions (if any), while maintaining reviewer anonymity.
4- Editorial Decision
- Following the submission of revisions, the manuscript is re-evaluated by the Editorial Board for a final decision (acceptance or rejection).
- Authors are notified in writing of the editorial decision and provided with a summary of reviewers' comments.
5- Publication
Upon final acceptance, the manuscript is scheduled for publication in the designated issue of the journal, according to the official publication plan and timeline.
