She has over 10 years of teaching experience and has published extensively in reputed international journals and conferences. She is recognized among the Top 2% Scientists Worldwide for her research impact and serves as an Editorial Board Member for international journals. Dr. Shakila is also a Fellow of Advance HE (FHEA), UK, reflecting her commitment to excellence in higher education.
