 Service Details

 Lync (Skype): is instant messaging clients used with Microsoft Lync
Server or Lync Online. User can use the skype for instant messaging,
audio, video and online meeting with other users. Also Skype can be used
for remote support by sharing the desktop.
 Office Online: is an online office suite offered by Microsoft, which
allows user to create and edit files using lightweight, web browser-based
versions of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and
OneNote .User can use this online service even if they don’t have office
on their machine.
 Private social network Yammer: Yammer is your company's private
social network that helps you and your teams stay on top of it all. Start
conversations, collaborate on files, and organize around projects so you
can go further faster.
 OneDrive for business: OneDrive for Business is a place where you can

store, sync, and share your work files .OneDrive for Business lets you
update and share your files from anywhere and work on Office
documents with others at the same time.
 Office Proplus: Allow the user to download the Microsoft Office
package on his own machines. Each user is granted up to five licenses.
 Email Service for students: Allow the student to use the service for
sending and receiving emails with 50 GB storage for each student. The
Service will be assigned to all PNU students gradually.
