On Monday, August 17, 2026, Sarah Al-Sudairy Center for Women's Studies at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University organized a meeting with a delegation of representatives of the United Kingdom Embassy in Riyadh, at the university's Central Library. Dr. Nouf Al-Roqaiba, the director of the center explained that "the meeting represents an opportunity to enhance cooperation, exchange of knowledge, and research with the British side. Also, to discuss areas of future partnership in women's studies, in a way that contributes to expanding the scope of international cooperation of the center, and supporting scientific research, and specialized knowledge in women's issues." The meeting aimed to introduce the roles and fields of the Center's work, enhance cooperation and communication with the British side, exchange experiences, and knowledge in the field of women's studies, in addition to discussing opportunities for research and academic cooperation and future partnerships, and discuss topics of common interest. the meeting included a number of topics: the official reception of the delegation, introducing the participants, and the objectives and the work of areas of Sarah Al-Sudairy Center for Women's Studies, reviewing common areas of cooperation and exchanging experiences in related research, and discussing cooperation opportunities between the two parties. This meeting is an affirmation of the role of the Sarah Al-Sudairy Center for Women's Studies in strengthening international partnerships, and contributing to achieving the goals of Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University's strategic plan through the exchange of knowledge and research experiences, in a way that supports the university's position in the field of women's studies at the international level, which align with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 in empowering women, supporting scientific research, and international cooperation.
