    The department qualifies female professionals capable of working in various information technology positions in both public and private sectors, including but not limited to: • Computer network management. • Information technology project management. • Development and design of information technology programs. • Software development. • Computer system design. • Educational and academic roles in public and higher education institutions. • Scientific research and training in research and technical training centers.

    Nature and Goals of the Program

    The curriculum for the Information Technology program consists of (126) credit hours, and the required academic levels for graduation are (8) levels, with each academic level lasting one semester.

    2 Achieve technical and professional competence through practical training, professional certificates, and excellent Internship opportunities.
    1 Prepare female graduates to meet the needs of the labor market in the field of information technology.
    3 Build and develop scientific research and innovation skills.
    4 Provide female graduates with leadership and effective communication skills and instilling and strengthening professional ethics.
    5 Encourage effective involvement in community service and digital transformation.

    K1 Demonstrate broad and in-depth knowledge of IT and other relevant disciplines' fundamentals, algorithms, techniques, tools, standards and best practices used in current applications and emerging developments in the IT discipline.
    K2 Identify investigation methods, research methodologies and software management principles, techniques and tools used in the development of IT systems. Skills
    S1 Design, implement, and evaluate a computing-based solution to meet a given set of computing requirements in the IT discipline.
    S2 Analyze a computing problem to apply principles of computing and other relevant disciplines to identify solutions.
    S3 Identify and analyze user needs to take them into account in the selection, creation, integration, evaluation, and administration of IT systems.
    S4 Communicate effectively in a variety of professional contexts. Values, Autonomy, and Responsibility.
