The program aims to empower female educational leaders to make effective contributions to societal and economic development through their educational leadership and scientific research. Educational Leadership is one of the educational majors that focuses on developing the professional aspect of leadership. The program provides a master's degree to the graduate student after academically, skillfully, and professionally preparing her to work as a leader.

The program aims to develop and equip the educational leader with the necessary knowledge and skills in the field of educational leadership. This will open opportunities for women working in the educational field, such as directors, vice presidents, teachers, educational supervisors, general directors, and office managers.
