Nature and Goals of the Program

The specialization aims to qualify professional female students to work in all hospitality sectors, including through training on managing the daily operations of hotels, restaurants, and hospitality establishments to achieve the best experience for guests through a program designed to facilitate the process of providing services to guests, managing accommodations and facilities, developing their leadership and administrative skills in hospitality establishments and teaching them customer service skills to ensure excellence in service delivery.

Program Details

  1. 1. To prepare scientifically and professionally qualified graduates in hospitality management to compete in the labor market.
  2. 2.10To build the capabilities of female graduates to deal with various variables, developments, and attitudes in the field of hospitality and hotels.

  4. 4.Evaluate the structure, nature and characteristics of the operation of the various departments in hotel establishments.
  5. 5.Develop opportunities to create a high level of customer satisfaction by anticipating their needs and providing hospitality services in a professional manner.

  7. 7.Communicate effectively with both specialized and non-specialized audiences in a multicultural environment.
