    About The Academic Program

    The Product Design program is distinguished by its contribution in developing the society by providing specialized graduates who are capable of innovation and active participation to achieve the university, college and the Kingdom’s 2030 vision. The program aims to prepare product designers capable of working with high professionalism. This is achieved through the development of a comprehensive and organized curriculum that is aligned with the latest developments in the job market and modern technological advancements in the field of specialization.

    Nature and Goals of the Program

    The program grants a Bachelor's degree in Product Design and is aligned with the national qualifications framework at the sixth level. The program consists of eight academic levels, spanning a duration of four academic years. It includes both theoretical and practical courses in the field of specialization, as well as general and elective courses. The eighth level of the program focuses on a field training course that supports community partnerships and the connection between the job market and the program's outcomes.

    1- Preparing professional product designers capable of working at a high level of professionalism.
    2- Encouraging scientific research in the field of product design.
    3- Encouraging creativity, innovation, and keeping up with the latest technical developments in the field of product design.
    4- Achieving constructive cooperation in the field of product design through the activation of community partnerships.
    5- Providing the job market with specialized workforce in the field of product design.
