Types of Membership

Based on the basic regulations and the association's bylaws, membership in the association is divided into:

Active Membership

To qualify for this membership, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The applicant must hold a relevant academic qualification or equivalent experience in the association's field of specialization​.
  2. The applicant must submit a membership application to the association.
  3. The applicant must pay the required annual fees and subscriptions.
  4. Acceptance must be approved by a decision from the Board of Directors of the association.
  5. The member must adhere to the association's regulations and policies.​

Honorary Membership

  1. Honorary membership is awarded to individuals chosen by the association who have provided valuable services or contributed to the development of its areas of interest, whether through moral or material support. This membership is selected by a decision of the General Assembly based on a nomination from the Board of Directors.
  2. Honorary members are exempt from registration requirements and fee payments.
  3. Honorary members are allowed to attend various association sessions and participate in discussions, but they do not have voting rights in decision-making or during elections.

Affiliate Membership

Affiliate membership is granted to:

  1. University students in fields related to the association's specialization.
  2. Individuals working in or interested in the association's fields who do not meet the academic qualification requirement for active membership.
  3. Affiliate members are exempt from 50% of the annual subscription fee and may attend General Assembly sessions and various committees, participating in discussions without having voting rights.

Sponsorship Membership

Sponsorship membership is limited to:

  1. Companies, organizations, entities, or individuals interested in the association's fields of specialization.
  2. These entities are granted sponsorship membership through an agreement with the Board of Directors in exchange for providing financial support to the association.
  3. Sponsorship members benefit from the association's activities and advertising through the association and its publications, with specific discount rates defined in the agreement with the Board of Directors.
  4. Sponsorship members do not have the right to participate in General Assembly meetings, branches, or committees, nor do they have voting rights.​
