Maintain the journal as a peer-reviewed scholarly publication that meets international standards for academic publishing

Enhance the journal’s international standing and pursue its inclusion in leading Arab and international indexing and abstracting databases

Enhance and develop the journal’s publishing, peer-review, and distribution processes to better serve researchers and readers at the local, regional, and international levels

Attract and encourage leading researchers and scholars locally and internationally to publish their work in the journal

Publish the journal online and facilitate secure and efficient online peer review

Foster scholarly collaboration and communication between the journal and local and international journals in related fields
