Leadership word

The General Directorate of Institutional Communication recognizes the critical role of effective communication in linking the institution with its internal and external stakeholders. We follow best practices in public relations and marketing communication, tailoring our initiatives to meet the demands of the community. We handle crises both proactively and reactively, all while improving our digital media presence. This includes monitoring social media platforms, interacting with stakeholders during critical crises, and delivering timely updates to ensure transparency and confidence. Our complete strategy enhances our institution's reputation by implementing clear and consistent communication tactics. It aids us in establishing objectives, identifying target audiences, and developing assessment indicators and metrics for data analysis. We attempt to generate effective communications that produce the intended results. The scientific approach serves as the foundation for the professional communication standards that guide this strategy, assuring consistency, coherence, and alignment with institutional and national goals. Finally, our activities seek to increase the university's exposure and develop positive relationships with the surrounding community by organizing outreach programs, community events, and partnerships with local and global organizations.
