This unit is responsible for studying the lawsuits and grievances filed by or against the university, preparing the appropriate memoranda regarding them, and representing the university before the judicial authorities.
This unit is responsible for preparing the legal opinion on the transactions and issues received from the university's departments, agencies, colleges, supporting deanships, and its academic and administrative councils.
- Contracts and Agreements Unit
This unit is concerned with examining and reviewing memoranda of understanding, cooperation agreements, service contracts, and providing an opinion on their appropriateness and alignment with the rules of work, as well as the relevant regulations and instructions.
- Minutes and Decisions Unit
This unit is specialized in studying and preparing the administrative decisions issued by the university president, reviewing the minutes received from the university's organizational units, and reviewing the procedures taken in this regard before issuing the decisions.
