The company operates as one of the endowment companies of Princess Nourah bint Abdul Rahman University. Its primary objective is to serve as an advisory and technical entity,
delivering services in the domains of information technology and cybersecurity. Leveraging the university's research and academic capabilities, the company fosters collaboration between the public
and private sectors. It also establishes partnerships with local and international companies to enhance its offerings.
