The team works to coordinate the activities of the digital transformation departments and units to ensure the quality of their performance.


Unit Tasks

  • Follow up on all tasks related to human resources for the department's employees, including promotions, salaries, extensions and contracting.
  • Implement the systems and circulars issued by the General Administration of Human Resources.
  • Human resources planning, attracting distinguished and qualified competencies to work in the department.
  • Follow up on performance evaluation and contribute to increasing productivity through professional training and qualification, building job competencies, and meeting the needs of administrative units.
  • Provide services that provide integrated care for employees by focusing on building the beneficiary experience.
  • Any other tasks related to the nature of the unit's work or assigned to it.​
