To apply for tuition fee discount or waiver, the following requirements must be met:

  • Where a beneficiary qualifies for more than one discount, only the highest applicable discount will be applied.
  • The discount does not apply to recipients of Merit Scholarships.
  • Fee waivers and discounts apply only to locally delivered programs.
  • Fee waivers and discounts do not apply to certain programs offered in partnership with other institutions.
  • Fee waivers and discounts apply to both Saudi and non-Saudi students.
  • The discount does not apply to fees for prerequisite courses.
  • The discount does not apply to beneficiaries of the Education Instalment Program who pay the total tuition fees in full before the due date.
  • All eligible categories must submit supporting medical documentation or a disability card, as applicable.
  • An official certificate or letter from the Saudi Center for Organ Transplantation or the relevant hospital must be submitted confirming that the organ donation has taken place.
  • For non-Saudi students, value-added tax (VAT) is calculated on the tuition fees after the discount has been applied.
