This department is concerned with providing various training workshops (2-6 hours) and programs (7-30 hours) for students and graduates of Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University.

Objectives:

1. Developing personal skills.

2. Promoting national identity and its links to scientific and professional identity.

3. Promoting awareness of scientific and professional ethics and their connection to principles, values, and national systems.

4. Fostering innovation and creativity.

5. Improving language and technical skills.

6. Building leadership and entrepreneurship abilities.

7. Familiarize students with the concept of knowledge-based economy and its role in national development.
