Key Responsibilities •

Proposing the General Policy for the Selection of Teaching Assistants, Lecturers, Language Instructors, and Research Assistants, and Their Allocation Across Departments and Colleges

Reviewing the recommendations of College Councils and providing suggestions regarding the appointment of Teaching Assistants, Lecturers, Language Instructors, and Research Assistants in accordance with the established criteria.

Proposing the allocation of Teaching Assistant, Lecturer, Language Instructor, and Research Assistant positions based on the current and projected needs of academic departments.

Recommending the promotion of Teaching Assistants to the rank of Lecturer.

5

Recommending changes or corrections to the academic specialization.
