This is course deals with the process of training and developing people, who are most valuable asset of an organization. It develops the policies, practices and procedures to provide the effective training and development for employees. It provides participants with an understanding of the skills required to assess employees training need, design and administer employee training and development programs, and evaluate both the efficiency and effectiveness of such programs.
