This course focuses on the topics of classical mechanics, which are the fundamentals of all natural sciences. We will discuss how a few general principles and concepts of mechanics suffice to understand very broad physical phenomena. We will show how classical mechanics has revolutionized the way we study nature. This course provides an introduction to kinematics and dynamics of single particles, systems of particles, and rigid bodies. Oscillations. Central forces, including computational methods, references frames, transformation equations, Lagrangian and Hamiltonian formulation of mechanics.
