Professionalism and flexibility in proactive work and strategic planning. More than 20 years of dynamic experience in the academic and governmental sectors in the field of preparing and evaluating studies and research, knowledge management, institutional excellence, foresight and change management. Advisor to Excellencies at the Government Centre, participated in establishing and activating many departments within the organization, and study and supervised many files related to comprehensive national security (in the food, health, social, economic and political fields). A faculty member with international experience - during the PhD -, a researcher in food, nutrition, public health, child health and national security.
