An associate professor with over 15 years of experience teaching a variety of courses within the Biology Department programs. Throughout my professional career, I have been part of several committees that contributed to the establishment of the curricula for the department's programs and bioinformatics programs. I am also classified as one of the key contributors to the Bioinformatics program, which is considered the first of its kind in the Middle East. I have received certification from the Academic Development Deanship as a trainer for trainers, in addition to my certification in preparing training packages. I have participated in numerous training workshops focused on effective teaching strategies, modern educational tools, and classroom assessment methods. I always strive to improve my teaching experience and provide a stimulating learning environment for students. My research interests focus on epidemiological studies of the five most important Candida species. I am currently working on the production of nanomaterials from microorganisms and investigating their inhibitory effects on antibiotic-resistant bacteria or fungi. I am currently supervising a master's student and have discussed several master's theses in the Department of Biology.
