Dr. Lamia Mohammed Ahmed is a highly qualified and experienced academic in the field of theoretical atomic physics, with a proven track record in both research and leadership. She earned her Ph.D. in Theoretical Atomic Physics in 2016 from Benha University, focusing on laser gain and rate coefficients for electron collisional pumping of multiply charged ions. She also holds an M.Sc. in Theoretical Atomic Physics and a B.Sc. in Physics from the same institution. Over the years, Dr. Lamia has held several significant academic positions, currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University since 2017, where she leads research initiatives and contributes to the academic growth of her students. Previously, she worked as a Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer at Benha University. In addition to her academic expertise, Dr. Lamia has demonstrated excellent leadership and research supervision capabilities, having led multiple research projects and mentored students through various stages of their academic careers. Her extensive publication record, which includes influential papers in journals such as the Journal of Alloys and Compounds and Materials Science in Semiconductor Processing, highlights her expertise in material science, nanomaterials, and energy storage technologies.
